- Early Termination – Requests to end the membership before completing the active commitment are not automatically approved and will be reviewed under the conditions of the Membership Agreement. If approved, a $250 early termination fee applies.

Your facial is never preselected; it is personalized. Together with your provider, you will choose the treatment that best fits your skin that day, from deep cleansing and hydration to laser rejuvenation, sculpting, or our most comprehensive facial experience. As your skin and the seasons change, your care can change with them.

The Signature Membership was designed to do exactly that, combining personalized medical-grade facials with advanced Corrective Level 1 treatments to create a comprehensive healthy aging plan.
Your Signature journey always begins with a 90-minute medical-grade facial, allowing your provider to evaluate your skin, establish a personalized treatment plan, and prepare your skin before introducing corrective treatments. From there, you’ll alternate monthly between facials and Corrective Level 1 treatments, creating a treatment rhythm that keeps your skin healthy while continuously working toward long-term improvement.
IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
This membership begins with a 90-minute medical-grade facial and follows a personalized alternating treatment schedule. Treatments must be completed in the designated sequence, and exceptions to the alternating schedule cannot be accommodated. This membership includes a six-month minimum commitment and automatically continues month-to-month thereafter unless cancelled with the required 60 days’ written notice.

The Corrective Membership is designed for clients ready to commit to a focused series of advanced treatments for pigmentation, acne scarring, sun damage, uneven texture, fine lines, and other visible signs of aging.
Each month, you will work with your provider to select the most appropriate Corrective Level 1 treatment based on your goals, progress, and recovery. Because many corrective treatments involve healing and downtime, timing is intentional: every appointment is chosen to build safely and strategically on the last.

How long is the Membership Commitment?
Every Honey Membership begins with a six-month minimum commitment, giving you and your provider the time needed to build meaningful progress through consistent care.
After the initial six-month term, your membership automatically continues on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled with the required written notice.
How do I cancel my membership?
To request cancellation of your membership, please submit your request in writing by emailing info@honeyskincarestudio.com.
All Honey Memberships require a minimum of 60 days’ written notice to cancel at the conclusion of the initial six-month commitment.
Once your membership has transitioned to month-to-month, 30 days’ written notice is required.
Can I end my membership before my commitment is complete?
We understand that unexpected life events happen. Early termination requests may be considered for qualifying circumstances, including:
- Relocation more than 30 miles away
- Pregnancy
- Medical hardship
- Military deployment
Supporting documentation is required, and all requests are reviewed according to the Membership Agreement. If approved, the following early termination fees apply:
- Tox Membership: $250
- Facial Membership: $325
- Signature Membership: $475
- Corrective Membership: $525
What happens if I cannot use my monthly treatment?
We’ve built flexibility into our skincare memberships!
Eligible monthly treatment credits may be extended once for an additional 30 days with a $50 rollover fee, provided the request is made before the original monthly credit expires.
Depending on your membership, you may also transfer an eligible monthly treatment to a friend or family member for a $50 transfer fee.
Please note that treatment transfers are not available with the Tox Membership.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Membership appointments follow the same scheduling policies as all Honey appointments. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to the following fees:
- $50 — Skincare Consultations
- $50 — Neurotoxin Appointments (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and Daxxify™)
- $100 — Advanced Injectable Appointments (Dermal Filler, Biostimulators, and Skin Boosters)
- $150 — Skincare Treatment Appointments (Facials, Corrective Treatments, Lasers, Microneedling, and Chemical Peels)
When applicable, your monthly membership treatment credit may still be used within the original monthly membership period, provided it has not expired.
Can I freeze my membership?
Membership freezes are available for qualifying circumstances. Approved freezes include:
- Up to 3 months for medical or military reasons – $50 monthly freeze fee
- Up to 9 months for pregnancy – no monthly freeze fee
Freeze requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before your next billing date. Once approved, your membership term will be extended by the length of the approved freeze.
Can I change my membership?
Absolutely! Memberships are designed to grow with your skincare journey.
- Upgrades — You may upgrade to a higher membership tier at any time. Your new membership will begin with your next billing cycle.
- Downgrades — Downgrades are only available from the Corrective Membership to the Signature Membership after three months of active enrollment. A new six-month minimum commitment begins at the time of downgrade.
Please note that Facial Memberships may be upgraded, but Signature and Corrective Memberships cannot be downgraded to the Facial Membership.
