Honey Skincare Studio (“HSS”) offers the following membership plans:
- Signature Membership – $475/month, 6-month commitment
- Facial Membership – $325/month, 6-month commitment
- Corrective Membership – $525/month, 6-month commitment
- Essential Tox Membership – $35/month, 6-month commitment
Each membership includes its own structure of benefits and responsibilities. Elite Tox Membership is no longer active and not included in this document.
- Membership Policies and Guidelines
2.1 OVERVIEW
Before you get started with your first Honey Skincare Studio (“HSS”) membership services, please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. These Terms are intended to apply broadly and, whether we consider you a Member or a Guest (as these terms are defined below), they will govern your (a) access to the HSS website (www.honeyskincarestudio.com) (“Site”) and mobile application (“App”); (b) entry to our HSS studio location; or (c) your purchase of a product or service sold or provided by us. By accepting the benefits of our membership services, you hereby agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, then you may not use our membership services. Your acceptance of these Terms shall include any additional terms, conditions, hyperlinks or policies referenced herein.
2.2 PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the information contained in your membership receipt (if you are a Member) and/or Liability Waiver (if you are a Member or a Guest), constitute your “Agreement” with Honey Skincare Studio, “HSS,” “we,” “us” or “our.” Your Agreement is with the HSS Studio. By receiving Services, you acknowledge that HSS, and its past, present and future affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, incorporators, members, partners, owners, agents, management, controlling parties, entities under common control, vendors, service providers, attorneys, employees or representatives (collectively, the “HSS Entities”) shall have no obligation to provide you with Services and further shall have no liability under your Agreement with HSS, including without limitation, these Terms.
2.3 CHANGES & CORRECTIONS
You can always review the most recent version of these Terms on the Site. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to the Site or sending you email notice of any such change. It is your responsibility to check the Site periodically for any changes to the Terms. Your continued access to the Site or use of Services following the posting of any such change constitutes your acceptance of the changes. There may be information on the Site or App that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to Services, including descriptions, pricing, availability and other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site or App at any time, without prior notice.
2.4 SERVICES
We strive to offer a variety of modern and state-of-the-art med-spa corrective and enhancing treatments. A list of Services is posted at our website and HSS app. We reserve the right to change or discontinue Services at any time or adjust the price for Services. Services, once used, are non-refundable. Services may be sold a-la-carte, as a prepaid package, or through a membership plan. Certain Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
2.5 MINORS
We do not offer or provide Services to anyone under the age of 16, unless direct supervision and/or specific written consent by a parent or legal guardian is given. If you are an individual aged 16 or below, then you may be eligible to receive Services provided your parent or legal guardian co-signs your Agreement (and consents to these Terms), takes primary responsibility for all billing matters related to your account, and remains physically present in the HSS location at all times while you are receiving Services. You must be 18 years or older to be eligible for injectables and IV therapy.
2.6 MEMBERS & GUESTS
We make Services available to both Members and Guests. We consider you a “Member” if you purchase Services through a membership plan. We consider you a “Guest” if you purchase Services outside of a membership plan, which could include being a walk-in or purchasing Services on an a-la-carte or prepaid package basis. Whether you are a Member or Guest, these Terms will apply to your receipt of Services. Members, however, will be subject to the additional terms and conditions for Memberships described below.
2.7 APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS
Although we accept walk-ins for Services on a first-come-first-serve basis, you are strongly encouraged to book an appointment for Services. It is your responsibility to book appointments for Services through the channels provided, which include in-person (at the HSS Studio location), by phone, through the App or through the Site. Once you have booked your appointment for Services, you will be considered “locked in” to the appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule your booked appointment, you must do so as soon as possible.
As a courtesy to other Members and Guests, we will begin and end all booked appointments at their scheduled times. We will not extend the time if you show up late for a booked appointment. To maximize your benefits, we recommend that you arrive early to get checked in and prepare for receiving Services.
Provider Availability: While we strive to accommodate provider preferences, we cannot guarantee a specific provider for every appointment. Scheduling is subject to availability, and if your preferred provider is unavailable, another qualified provider will be happy to assist you. We encourage booking in advance to increase the likelihood of securing your preferred provider.
Cancellation Policy: HSS upholds a cancellation policy requiring 48 hours before the cancellation of your treatment. If you do not cancel 48 hours in advance of your appointment, you will be charged a late cancel / no-show fee of $150 to the credit card on file. No shows will forfeit their membership credit.
You agree that the late cancel and no-show fees are reasonable, and you authorize us to charge you, where applicable, to the payment method on file. If you have a membership service scheduled and you are subject to paying a late cancel fee, you will not lose a credit in addition to paying the late cancel fee. No exceptions will be made for no-shows.
2.8 STUDIO RULES
Honey Skincare Studio Rules are subject to change, at our sole discretion. Services offered, hours of operation, rules for proper attire, and other rules related to your receipt of Services or access to HSS are subject to change and will be set by HSS.
2.9 GIFT CARDS
Purchasing a gift card is not the same thing as purchasing a membership or a prepaid package for Services. Gift cards are subject to their own terms and conditions, as may be posted on the gift card itself. Your use of Services purchased through a gift card will still be subject to these Terms.
Member discounts are not applicable to gift card purchases. Gift Cards cannot be used towards membership payments.
2.10 NO PETS
Unless you have a registered service animal, no pets will be permitted inside of our Honey Skincare Studio location. We have this policy to maintain a hygienic and stress-free environment within which to receive Services.
2.11 LOSS OF PROPERTY
We are not responsible for the disappearance, loss, theft or damage to personal property you bring to Honey Skincare Studio or the surrounding premises. You are encouraged to leave any valuables at home.
2.12 RETAIL
Products may be returned for spa credit within 14 days of purchase. No refunds for products returned after 14 days. No refunds for opened & used products. No refunds for gift certificate purchases. May be exchanged for equal valued service/product.
2.13 PACKAGES
Member discounts are not applicable to packages.
3. MEMBERSHIP PLANS AND BENEFITS
- These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply broadly and govern your access to our website (www.honeyskincarestudio.com), mobile application, entry to the HSS studio, and your participation in membership programs. By accepting membership benefits, you agree to these Terms, including any additional linked policies.
- Your agreement is with Honey Skincare Studio, LLC and its affiliates (“HSS”). The agreement includes these Terms and your signed membership receipt and/or waiver. HSS is not liable for failure to provide services due to any reason beyond reasonable control.
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of services or the website constitutes acceptance of any updates.
- HSS does not provide services to individuals under 16 without guardian consent and presence. You must be 18 or older to receive injectable or IV services.
- Members are expected to demonstrate flexibility in scheduling. While we make every effort to accommodate provider preferences, specific provider availability cannot be guaranteed. Lack of availability for a preferred provider is not considered a valid reason for membership cancellation.
- All memberships require a valid credit card on file.
- Memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis after the initial 6-month term, except for the Signature Membership, which renews in fixed 6-month increments and does not convert to a month-to-month membership.
- Members must provide 60 days’ written notice to cancel before the end of the initial term. Once month-to-month, members must provide 30 days’ notice before their next billing date.
- Membership fees are non-refundable. Unused services/credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.
- Missed or no-show appointments will not be refunded. Applicable fees will be charged.
- Members may freeze memberships for medical/military reasons with documentation. $50/month freeze fee applies.
- Members can share their discount with a new client during a visit. One-time service transfer is allowed per 6 months with a $50 fee (not applicable to Tox memberships).
- All services must be booked by the client. HSS is not responsible for scheduling delays.
- All membership cancellations require written notice submitted via email to info@honeyskincarestudio.com.
3.1 SIGNATURE Membership ($475/month)
- Alternates monthly between a 90-minute facial and a corrective treatment (max 3 corrective services during 6-month term)
- Includes: Free monthly B12 shot, 10% off retail/services/injectables, skincare consultation
- Facial Options: Bee Cleaned, Bee Nourished, Bee Energized, Bee in the Spotlight, Bee Sculpted, Bee Back Facial
- Corrective Options: BBL, ClearV, Clear + Brilliant, CoolPeel, Medical Grade Peel, Microneedling RF or SkinPen, Moxi, Picosure
- Upgrade/downgrade between membership tiers allowed (see flexibility section)
Note: This membership includes only Corrective Level 1 services and excludes complimentary Laser Genesis add-ons and Laser Hair Removal services.
3.2 FACIAL Membership ($325/month)
- Includes your choice of one 90-minute medical-grade facial per month: Bee Cleaned, Bee Nourished, Bee Energized, Bee in the Spotlight, Bee Sculpted, or Bee Back Facial.
- Complimentary Laser Genesis add-on included with each monthly facial treatment.
- Free monthly B12 shot, 10% off retail/services/injectables
- Facial upgrade to one Corrective Level 1 treatment allowed during the 6-month period for a flat fee of $150
- Choose from:
- Bee Cleaned – for acne-prone or congested skin
- Bee Nourished – for dry, dull, or dehydrated skin
- Bee Energized – laser facial for redness, pores, and fine lines
- Bee in the Spotlight – oxygen + serum infusion with algae mask
- Bee Sculpted – muscle toning, lymphatic drainage, de-puffing
- Bee Back Facial – targets back acne, pigment, and congestion
3.3 CORRECTIVE Membership ($525/month)
Includes one Level 1 corrective treatment per month. Choose from:
- BBL (BroadBand Light)
- Moxi
- Clear + Brilliant
- CoolPeel
- Medical Grade Peel (excludes Melanage)
- Microneedling (SkinPen or RF)
- PicoSure
- Full Body Laser Hair Removal (choose any 3 areas)
- Functional Nutritional Therapy (Health Coaching)
Additional benefits:
- Free monthly Laser Genesis add-on
- Eligibility for Level 2 treatments – Halo or CO2 laser up to 3 times during the 6-month term (allowed in months 2, 4, or 6 with provider approval)
- Free monthly Vitamin or B12 shot
3.4 TOX Membership ($35/month)
- Access to discounted toxin pricing:
- $12/unit for Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Daxxify
- Unit conversions: 3 Dysport = 1 Botox, 2 Daxxify = 1 Botox, 1 Xeomin = 1 Botox
- $100 off each syringe of dermal filler (cannot be combined with other promotions)
- 10% off skincare services and retail
- Free monthly B12 or vitamin shot
4. EARLY TERMINATION
If a member terminates during the commitment period without a qualifying reason (e.g., relocation 30+ miles away, pregnancy, medical hardship, or military deployment), a cancellation fee equal to one month’s dues (Tox membership holds an adjusted rate) applies:
- Signature Membership: $475
- Facial Membership: $325
- Corrective Membership: $525
- Essential Tox Membership: $250
Supporting documentation is required for early termination consideration.
5. APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Late Cancellation (less than 48 hours’ notice): $150 fee for skincare services or $50 for injectable appointments. The client retains their membership credit for use within the current billing cycle.
- No-Show (failure to attend appointment without notice): Credit is forfeited and fee is charged.
- Members are responsible for booking appointments in a timely manner. Availability is subject to provider scheduling and studio hours.
6. FREEZE POLICY
- Members may request to freeze their membership for up to:
- 3 months for medical/military reasons
- 9 months for pregnancy
- Documentation required
- $50/month freeze fee applies
- Requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the next billing date
- Freeze extends the membership term by the length of the freeze
7. PAYMENT TERMS
- Declined charges incur a $35 fee
- If payment is not resolved within 10 days, services may be suspended or the membership terminated
- Members must maintain an active credit card on file
- HSS may increase membership rates with a 30-day notice to members
8. RIGHT OF RESCISSION
Members may cancel within three (3) days of initial sign-up for a full refund, less the value of any services already rendered.
9. SWITCHING MEMBERSHIP TIERS
- Upgrades: Members may upgrade to a higher-tier membership at any time, effective the next billing cycle
- Downgrades: Only permitted from Corrective Membership to Signature Membership after three (3) months of active participation. A new six-month commitment begins upon downgrade

11. LEGAL PROVISIONS
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Honey Skincare Studio, LLC (“HSS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Agreement governs your participation in any HSS membership program and your use of related services.
By enrolling in any membership plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any additional written policies referenced herein.
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its rules.
- Both parties waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
- You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HSS, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your membership or breach of this Agreement.
- HSS reserves the right to modify or terminate any membership program or its Terms at any time, with reasonable notice.
- If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document, including referenced policies and membership descriptions, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements relating to membership at Honey Skincare Studio.
