At Honey Skincare Studio, we take your time — and ours — seriously. Each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to ensure you receive dedicated, unrushed care you deserve from our providers.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy - Enforced for All Appointments

All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This policy applies to all appointments without exception. Due to the customized nature of our services, we are unable to reliably fill appointments on short notice. To continue providing individualized care to each client while respecting our providers’ time and livelihood, we strictly enforce our 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy for all appointments.

Deposits & Cancellation Charges

A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your scheduled service; however, if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be retained as the cancellation fee.

Deposit Requirements

  • Skincare Services: 50% deposit required at booking
  • Injectable Services:
    • $50 deposit for neurotoxin appointments, including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Daxxify
    • $100 deposit for advanced injectable appointments, including dermal fillers, biostimulators, and skin boosters

What This Means

  • Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being retained as the cancellation fee.
  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows are especially disruptive and will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount, as last-minute changes prevent us from offering that appointment time to another client.
  • For services over $600, same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged based on the reserved appointment time rather than the full service amount. In these cases, the fee is calculated at $2.50 per scheduled minute.Examples:
    • 60-min reserved apt time: $150
    • 90-min reserved apt time: $225
    • 120-min reserved apt time: $300

We understand that life happens, and we will always approach unexpected situations with compassion. At the same time, our cancellation policy must remain consistent so that we can be fair to our providers, our team, and all clients. Each appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and our providers prepare with care for every treatment. When appointments are canceled or rescheduled last minute, that time often cannot be filled.
