Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance so that we can fill your spot with clients on our waiting list that would love to come visit us. However, if you do not cancel in advance the card we have on file will be charged:
- 50% for Skin Corrective Treatments (including all skin consultations, facials, spa, or laser services)
- $50 for Aesthetic Injectable services
In the case of a cancellation, your deposit of 50% for skin corrective treatments or $50 for aesthetic injectables services will not be refunded.
No Show Policy
At Honey Skincare Studio, your appointments are very important to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled within the 48-hour notice. If you do not show up for your appointment, we will charge your card on file for 100% of your service price. Please keep in mind that in the case of a no-show, your deposit of 50% for skin corrective treatments or $50 for aesthetic injectable services will not be refunded. Our No Show Policy will be applied to any complimentary follow-up consultation.
