48- Hour Cancellation Policy
Our practice realizes that there are many things that come up in people’s day-to-day lives. While we are truly sympathetic, we cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last-minute cancellations. We do not double-book appointment times. Instead, we reserve specific time blocks for each client—allowing us to provide individualized attention and the highest standard of care. In fairness to all clients and in respect to our providers’ time and livelihood, we enforce a strict 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Deposits & Cancellation Charges
A deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This deposit is applied to your service and serves as your cancellation fee if the policy is not honored.
- Skincare Services require a 50% deposit at booking
- Injectable Services require:
- $50 deposit for neurotoxin (e.g., Botox, Daxxify)
- $100 deposit for dermal fillers, biostimulators, and skin boosters
What This Means
- Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the deposit being retained as a cancellation fee
- No-shows and same-day cancellations are especially disruptive and will also result in the deposit being retained

We do not have the flexibility to fill appointments on short notice due to the nature of our services, and it’s important that our providers’ time is honored and protected.
