With a foundation in trauma surgery, Lauren brings a rare blend of clinical precision and deep calm to every appointment—making even the most advanced treatments feel effortless and approachable. Her extensive surgical background gives her an expert understanding of facial anatomy and injectable technique, allowing her to deliver results that are both artful and anatomically sound.

Alissandra Rodriguez is a Nurse Practitioner with a background in critical care and a lifelong passion for aesthetics. Originally from Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley, she comes from a family of physicians, which deeply shaped her early interest in medicine and patient care. Before transitioning into aesthetic medicine, she spent four years as an ICU nurse at Georgetown University Hospital, where she developed the precision, calm, and clinical excellence that now define her aesthetic practice.

For the past three years, Alissandra has brought her artistry, compassion, and technical expertise to Honey Skincare Studio. She’s known for her gentle touch, warm bedside manner, and dedication to educating her clients with clarity and honesty. Whether she’s treating with neuromodulators like Botox or Dysport or helping clients map out their long-term treatment plans, Alissandra is passionate about enhancing natural beauty while empowering each client to feel confident and informed every step of the way.

A devoted mom in this season of life, Alissandra spends her downtime with her husband Daniel, their three-year-old daughter Isla, and their brand new baby boy. Whether they’re outdoors together or gathered in the kitchen, she brings the same care and thoughtfulness to her home life that she brings to every client she treats.

Keyana Rajabi is a Virginia-born Registered Nurse with a background in pulmonary, cardiac, and hospice care—and a lifelong passion for beauty. Before becoming a nurse, she spent nearly a decade as a master hairstylist, where she built a career helping people feel like the best version of themselves. That same intuitive artistry now shapes her work in aesthetics, where hair, skin, and injectables come together as a complete expression of confidence, care, and identity.

To Keyana, the treatment chair has always been more than a place for transformation—it’s a place for connection. A space where artistry meets empathy, and appearance reflects essence. There’s a quiet power in sitting in a chair and knowing you’re in the hands of someone who gets you. Her clients feel that. Her chair is a place where confidence is restored, identities are reclaimed, and beauty becomes personal.

Currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree at George Mason University, Keyana brings both clinical insight and creative precision to everything she does. She’s especially passionate about facial balancing and natural-looking results using filler, toxin, and biostimulators—infusing these treatments into the corrective skincare process to optimize long-term skin health. With years of beauty expertise behind her and a future in advanced practice ahead, Keyana’s approach is grounded, graceful, and deeply personal.

Lindsay Wolf is a Master Aesthetician and corrective skincare specialist who has been an integral part of Honey Skincare Studio since 2020. Widely known by our team and clients as “Laser Lindsay,” she is one of the most advanced providers in the studio, specializing in corrective skincare and energy-based treatments—including BBL and broadband light therapies. Lindsay is known for her ability to take clients on a deeply personalized journey—combining education, long-term treatment planning, and realistic homecare strategies to help restore skin to its healthiest, most radiant state. Her thoughtful communication style, deep product knowledge, and precision with advanced technologies make her a trusted partner in her clients’ transformations.

At the heart of her work is a clear mission: to help clients feel confident in their own skin—without relying on makeup. That commitment to natural beauty, long-term results, and total skin confidence is what drives every treatment she delivers.

Outside of Honey, Lindsay also leads a second life as a competitive equestrian. Most weekends, she travels to Wellington, Florida—home of the country’s most prestigious equestrian events—where she competes at a national level and trains performance horses for sale. This level of discipline and focus carries into everything she does at Honey. Whether in the treatment room or in the show ring, Lindsay brings precision, passion, and a commitment to excellence to everything she does.

Ashley’s journey into aesthetics and holistic wellness began at just 15 years old—when she first sat in Murissa’s treatment room struggling with severe, treatment-resistant acne. After multiple rounds of Accutane and frustration from her dermatologist, Ashley was referred to Murissa for help. While Murissa’s advanced treatments—including deep extractions, peels, and lasers—would completely clear Ashley’s skin for weeks at a time, the results were temporary until the root cause was uncovered. While facial services provided temporary relief, it was Murissa’s suggestion to see an advanced functional nutritionist that became the turning point. That experience not only cleared her skin—it inspired her life’s work.

Ashley went on to become a licensed Functional Nutritional Therapist herself, a credential she has held for over eight years, helping clients heal from the inside out through personalized, root-cause-based care. Her path came full circle in 2022 when she returned to Honey—this time as a Master Aesthetician, trained from the ground up under Murissa’s mentorship. With dual licensure in both nutrition and aesthetics, Ashley brings a truly integrative approach to care, blending advanced skin treatments with internal support to deliver lasting, whole-body results.

Her story is a powerful example of what Honey Skincare Studio stands for: real transformation, deep care, and a commitment to treating the whole person—not just their skin.

Kristin Robinson’s path to aesthetics was personal, purposeful, and deeply rooted in care. A native of Great Falls, Virginia, Kristin first discovered the power of advanced skincare after seeking help for her own sun damage while living in Boca Raton. But her journey to Honey started long before that—through her mother, a ten-year client of Murissa’s. Kristin joined Honey fresh out of college, starting at the front desk where she quickly stood out for her professionalism, warmth, and unwavering dedication. Her attention to detail and hunger to learn earned her a coveted spot in Honey’s apprenticeship program—an opportunity reserved only for those who show extraordinary commitment and drive.

Since then, Kristin has blossomed into a skilled and sought-after Master Aesthetician known for her intuitive, nurturing touch. She has a rare ability to make every client feel cared for in a way that goes far beyond excellent service—it’s something felt immediately in her presence. Whether she’s performing laser treatments, building personalized skincare plans, or simply holding space for someone in her chair, Kristin brings a calm, grounded energy that leaves clients feeling safe, seen, and beautifully supported. Her heart is in the right place—and that, more than anything, is what makes her one of the most trusted providers on our team.

When she’s not in the studio, Kristin enjoys skiing, staying active, and spending quality time with her boyfriend, her twin sister, and her best friend—her mom.

A natural leader with a deep passion for personalized, high-performance skincare, Christina began her aesthetics journey five years ago—and has been a cherished part of the Honey Skincare Studio family ever since. From the very beginning of her training, her leadership stood out: her school’s founders recognized her talent and hired her to join their team full-time while she completed her Master Esthetics program.

After graduating, Christina joined Honey and quickly became one of our most beloved providers, known for her thoughtful communication, clinical precision, and ability to make every client feel genuinely cared for. Trained directly by our founder Murissa Wallace, Christina built her practice on a foundation of trust, consistency, and education—qualities that continue to shine in her work with clients and in her mentorship of new aestheticians. She has led numerous trainings and classes at the studio and is one of the most gifted educators on our team.

Today, Christina is taking a step back from the treatment room to focus on her growing family and embrace full-time motherhood with her newborn son. While she’s currently on pause from client appointments, she remains an active part of Honey—joining us for events and trainings whenever she can. Christina’s nurturing presence, clinical skill, and deep-rooted love for this work are always felt, and we can’t wait to welcome her back when the time is right.

Michelle DePuydt is a licensed Master Aesthetician and Laser Technician whose approach to skincare is grounded in gentle, intentional, and purposeful care. Originally trained in California and now rooted in the DMV, Michelle has spent the last four years growing and refining her craft at Honey Skincare Studio. Her clients often describe her treatments as equal parts restorative and results-driven: a place where deep relaxation meets skill and precision.

Though naturally soft-spoken, Michelle’s communication shines through in the care she delivers with her hands. Her ability to focus, listen intuitively, and move with precision allows her to create a deeply therapeutic experience—especially for clients who value thoroughness, quiet confidence, and impeccable technique. Whether she’s performing extractions, laser treatments, or a facial massage, every movement is intentional and exact. Michelle is especially beloved by our male clientele and anyone seeking a place to unwind, reset, and be truly cared for. Outside the studio, she splits her time between visiting friends in Florida, reconnecting with family in Korea and Europe, and embracing the freedom that travel brings.

Kiran Parasher holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University, a Master’s in Teaching from Columbia University, and a BA in Writing Seminars, Anthropology, and Gender Studies. Her credentials reflect a deep commitment to excellence—but it’s her story and heart that truly set her apart.

Before entering medicine, Kiran taught in Washington, D.C., then became a certified Pilates instructor in Los Angeles, where she trained clients ranging from Oscar-winning actresses to cancer patients. This chapter of her career cemented two of her greatest strengths: the ability to educate with clarity and confidence, and the gift of connecting with people from all walks of life. It also shaped her belief that true wellness is rooted in how people feel in their bodies—not just how they look.

Later while completing critical care training and working in the surgical department at George Washington University Hospital, Kiran felt increasingly drawn to the emotional side of aesthetics—the way small physical shifts can create profound inner transformation. A longtime client of Honey Skincare Studio, she later joined the team and trained closely under founder Murissa Wallace, refining a style of care that is both technically precise and deeply personal.

Kiran’s approach to aesthetic nursing is grounded in lived experience. Having grown up in a complex environment, she understands how closely self-image is tied to emotional well-being. Her early search for control became a lasting commitment to wellness, discipline, and longevity—from nutrition to evidence-based protocols that support the body and mind.

She’s currently working toward becoming a Nurse Practitioner, with plans to specialize in both family medicine and psychiatric mental health care. Whether in medical aesthetics or mental wellness, Kiran is called to this work not just for what she can do with her hands—but for how she shows up: with empathy, curiosity, and zero judgment.

As a provider, she blends clinical skill with insight, listening deeply to each client’s goals, insecurities, and motivations. She believes aesthetic care should be honest, human, and healing—and her clients feel that the moment they sit in her chair.

Tara Smith is a licensed Master Aesthetician whose journey began at Honey’s front desk—where she joined while completing her basic aesthetics license, in hopes of being selected for our highly competitive apprenticeship program. With a degree in Communications from George Mason University and a cosmetology license dating back to high school, Tara had already built a foundation rooted in both beauty and thoughtful connection.

Her passion, dedication, and natural ability to make people feel seen quickly earned her a spot in Murissa’s in-house mentorship program, where she trained from the ground up in advanced techniques, client care, and Honey’s signature approach to aesthetics. Now a trusted provider at Honey, Tara blends her deep understanding of corrective skincare with her gift for clear, empowering communication. She especially shines in consultations, where she helps clients understand their skin with clarity and confidence—no matter where they are in their journey.

What truly lights Tara up is helping clients feel immediate joy through the little enhancements that make a big impact—expertly shaped brows, a lash lift that brightens the whole face, or the moment someone lights up after seeing their reflection. Whether or not a client pursues treatment at Honey, she takes pride in knowing she’s given them something lasting—knowledge they can carry with them for a lifetime, no matter where their journey leads.

A true team player, Tara deeply values the collaborative, growth-oriented culture at Honey. She thrives in an environment where knowledge is shared, creativity is encouraged, and every provider is both a student and a teacher. Mirielsa is a Registered Nurse with six years of experience, including four years dedicated to aesthetic medicine. She began her career in cardiothoracic care at George Washington University Hospital, where she completed a rigorous specialty training program and was honored as Nurse of the Year in her first year off residency.

While at GW, she published a cardiac study guide and ECG mapping tool to support her fellow nurses—an early example of her passion for education and visual learning. Her interest in aesthetics deepened while working part-time at a busy plastic surgery center in D.C., where she was first exposed to the artistry and science of cosmetic treatments.

Her passion for skincare began at 17 with her first visit to a dermatologist, and since then, she’s been obsessed with learning everything about skin health, beauty, and treatments. Creative and hands-on by nature, she’s always gravitated toward work that combines technical skill with artistry—whether sewing, throwing pottery, or experimenting with skincare formulations as a teen.

Now completing her MSN–FNP and continuing her advanced training at Honey Skincare Studio, Mirielsa is passionate about bringing both clinical knowledge and warmth to her treatments. A natural educator, she thrives in Honey’s learning-focused environment and is committed to empowering clients through personalized, thoughtful care.

The heartbeat of Honey and the glue that holds us together, Marlies is the steady force, the friendly face, and the guiding presence that keeps our team grounded and connected.

Born and raised in a small village in the Dutch countryside, Marlies has always followed her curiosity and calling to connect with people. After earning her Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy and a Master’s in Public Health from VU University in Amsterdam, her path took her through Paris, where she worked for the United Nations and Ashoka, and ultimately to Washington, D.C. Along the way, she discovered her talent for leadership—managing teams with grace, humor, and vision in everything from hospitality to wellness to social entrepreneurship.

It was at a high-end spa in D.C. where Marlies first met Murissa Wallace—then a new provider she hired and mentored. Fourteen years and a deep friendship later, their paths came full circle when Murissa asked Marlies to join Honey. Today, as Studio Director, Marlies is not only Murissa’s right hand—she is the cultural cornerstone of Honey Skincare Studio. She sets the tone, protects the energy, and shapes a work environment where everyone—from team members to clients—feels respected, supported, and uplifted.

Marlies is the kind of leader who can guide with honesty while making you feel like her closest ally. Her team often says they’d do anything she asks—because her integrity, empathy, and consistency inspire nothing less. A devoted mother of two, she brings that same dedication and warmth into everything she does, making Honey feel less like a workplace and more like a home.

Yemi is the backbone of front-of-house operations at Honey Skincare Studio. Originally joining as patient care coordinator, she quickly rose to lead the desk with grace, precision, and a calm confidence that everyone counts on. In many ways, she’s the one who keeps the studio grounded. She ensures every detail is handled, every provider is supported, and every client is cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

With a background in traditional healthcare and over five years of customer service experience, Yemi blends professionalism with genuine warmth. She’s known for being fiercely reliable, deeply trustworthy, and the kind of teammate who quietly removes stress from everyone’s day without needing recognition. Whether she’s managing schedules, fielding client needs, or anticipating the small things no one else notices—Yemi does it all with a steady hand and a full heart.

Yemi is now preparing to enter Murissa’s apprenticeship program to become a licensed Master Esthetician. As she moves toward the treatment room, Yemi looks forward to building even more meaningful connections with clients and supporting them in their skincare journeys firsthand.

Aleah brings warmth, laughter, and light to the front desk at Honey Skincare Studio. Originally from Springfield, VA, she’s the kind of person who instantly makes clients feel at ease—whether she’s answering the phone with a smile you can hear or greeting you at the door like a longtime friend.

Her approachable personality, quick wit, and genuine love for connection make her a natural at creating uplifting, memorable experiences. She’s the bright energy and warm welcome you feel the moment you walk in.

She currently balances two roles—working both at Honey and at a local hair salon—because she thrives in fast-paced, beauty-focused environments and can’t imagine herself anywhere else. This fall, Aleah will begin her aesthetics training, preparing to one day join Murissa’s apprenticeship program and step into the treatment room herself.

Originally from Massachusetts, Victoria has called Northern Virginia home for the past 20 years. With a background in Criminology from Northern Virginia Community College, she brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented presence to the front desk at Honey Skincare Studio.

Quietly observant and deeply kind, Victoria may be soft-spoken—but she’s an essential part of the welcoming, calm energy clients feel when they walk through our doors.

Since joining the team, her interest in skincare has grown into a budding passion. Inspired by the environment at Honey and the transformations she witnesses daily, Victoria plans to pursue a future as a licensed Master Aesthetician.

Outside the studio, she runs a small business crafting custom dipped chocolate treats and loves spending time with her dog, Lucky. Whether organizing behind the scenes or greeting clients with her signature gentle smile, Victoria plays a meaningful role in making Honey feel like home.

Sam’s path into the creative field was driven by a simple but powerful instinct: to bring ideas to life and preserve the moments that matter. Originally from Colombia and later based in New York, he spent years behind the lens bringing visual stories to life for luxury retailers, national campaigns, and world-renowned musicians. With over seven years of experience in creative direction and photography, Sam is known for his ability to translate emotion into image and vision into reality.

His connection to skincare, however, is personal. For Sam, it wasn’t just about improving skin, it was about feeling confident in it. His experience with acne as a teenager left behind scarring and an invisible impact on his confidence. Since joining Honey, that story has shifted. Through intentional treatments and the heartfelt care of a team that now feels like family, Sam has seen a dramatic improvement in his skin. A natural empath, he brings that same sensitivity into everything he does, grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to feel good in their own skin.

As Marketing Director, Sam helps shape Honey’s visual presence—leading content, campaigns, and brand strategy to reflect our mission of making skincare empowering, intentional, and accessible.

He sees skincare not just as self-care, but as a form of self-expression—one that reflects who we are, where we’ve been, and where we’re going. Through his work, Sam is proud to help represent a kind of beauty that’s honest, inclusive, and deeply personal.

Katherine is a creative force with a meticulous eye and an unmatched ability to make everything she touches look beautiful—both in print and online. A cum laude graduate of Brigham Young University and a certified Content Marketing Specialist, she brings nearly a decade of experience in graphic design, visual branding, website maintenance, and social media management.

She’s known for her eye for detail, her high standards, and her deep care for the smallest elements. Katherine blends beauty with clarity in every project, always striving for work that is not only polished but purposeful.

A woman of strong values and unwavering reliability, Katherine continues to be an integral part of the Honey team—even after relocating from D.C. to Ohio.
