These Membership Terms & Conditions apply to all Honey Skincare Studio memberships. By enrolling in a membership, authorizing recurring billing, using member pricing, or receiving membership benefits, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, your signed Membership Agreement, and all applicable Honey Skincare Studio policies.

Honey Skincare Studio currently offers the following memberships:
Each membership includes different services, benefits, eligibility requirements, and restrictions. Membership benefits are personal to the member, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash, refunds, account credits, or services not expressly included. Except for an expressly permitted treatment-credit transfer, memberships and benefits are not transferable.

All memberships begin with a six-month minimum commitment consisting of six consecutive monthly billing periods (the “Initial Term”). The membership and first billing period begin on the date the Membership Agreement is signed, with recurring payments charged monthly thereafter in accordance with the Agreement.
After the Initial Term, the membership automatically renews on a month-to-month basis until cancellation becomes effective. Billing will continue until the member has completed both the Initial Term and any required cancellation-notice period.
The monthly rate in effect at enrollment will remain unchanged throughout the Initial Term unless the member affirmatively agrees to a change. After the Initial Term, Honey may change the monthly rate only by providing advance notice and cancellation information in accordance with Section 22.

A member must request cancellation by emailing info@honeyskincarestudio.com. The request must include the member’s full name, membership type, and a clear statement requesting cancellation.
Honey will provide written confirmation of the date the request was received, the effective cancellation date, and any remaining scheduled charges. Requests made through any other channel—including text message, social media, or verbal communication with a provider—do not constitute valid cancellation notice. Canceling appointments, discontinuing use of membership benefits, or altering or removing the payment method on file does not cancel the membership.
Cancellation During Initial Six-Month Term
To end the membership at the conclusion of the Initial Term, Honey must receive at least 60 days’ written notice before the Initial Term end date. A request received later becomes effective only after both (a) the Initial Term and (b) the full 60-day notice period have been completed. Membership payments remain due through the effective cancellation date.
Cancellation After Membership Becomes Month-to-Month
Once the Initial Term is complete and the membership is month-to-month, at least 30 days’ written notice is required. Payments remain due through the end of the 30-day notice period. Submitting a request does not immediately stop billing or reverse a charge already scheduled or incurred before the effective cancellation date.

Memberships may not ordinarily be cancelled before the initial six-month commitment is complete. Early-termination requests may be considered for qualifying circumstances, including:
Supporting documentation is required. Honey will review each request in good faith, but approval is not automatically guaranteed. If approved, the following early-termination fees apply:
The applicable early-termination fee and any outstanding membership charges must be paid before the membership is considered closed.

The member must maintain a valid primary credit or debit card and a valid backup card must remain on file throughout the membership.
Membership fees are automatically charged to the primary payment method on the member’s recurring billing date. If the primary payment method is declined or unavailable, Honey Skincare Studio reserves the right to charge the backup payment method for any membership fees, outstanding balances, or other amounts due.
By signing the Membership Agreement, the member authorizes Honey Skincare Studio, LLC to charge the selected primary payment method on each recurring billing date for the monthly membership fee. If the primary method is declined or unavailable, Honey may charge the backup method.
The member also authorizes Honey to charge either authorized method for specifically disclosed fees incurred under the Membership Agreement and these Terms, including late-cancellation, no-show, rollover, transfer, freeze, early-termination, declined-payment, upgrade, and outstanding-balance charges.
If a payment is declined or unavailable:
A declined payment, expired card, locked card, cancelled card, payment dispute, stop-payment instruction, revocation of payment authorization, or unsuccessful collection attempt does not by itself cancel the membership or eliminate contractual amounts owed. Revocation of a payment authorization does not waive the member’s right to cancel under Section 3 or any nonwaivable rights under applicable law; the member must promptly provide another valid payment method while the membership remains active.
All outstanding membership dues, appointment fees, early-termination fees, product balances, and other amounts owed to Honey Skincare Studio must be paid in full before the member may book or receive any future service, treatment, product, membership benefit, promotional pricing, or other studio benefits.

The Tox Membership does not include a monthly treatment credit. Facial, Signature, and Corrective Membership treatment credits are issued every 30 days and may be used only during the corresponding billing membership period. Monthly treatment credits:
Members are responsible for knowing their billing date, credit period, treatment sequence, and expiration date, and for scheduling sufficiently in advance.
Limited provider availability, a preferred provider’s unavailability, travel, illness, scheduling conflicts, holidays, temporary studio closures, or a late scheduling request do not automatically extend or preserve a credit. Honey will not alter a billing cycle or required treatment sequence solely because a member waited until the end of the period to schedule.

Eligible skincare memberships are designed with added flexibility, giving members two options to preserve the value of a monthly treatment when it cannot be used as scheduled.
Roll Your Treatment Forward
An eligible monthly treatment credit may receive a one-time 30-day extension for a $50 rollover fee. The request must be received and approved before the original credit expires. Once extended, the credit must be used within the additional 30-day period and cannot be extended again.
Gift Your Monthly Credit
Depending on the selected membership, one eligible monthly treatment credit may be transferred to a friend or family member for a $50 transfer fee. The transferred treatment:
Treatment transfers are not available with the Tox Membership. A rollover and transfer do not change the member’s billing date, pause the membership, or extend the underlying commitment.

Members may invite one guest who is new to Honey Skincare Studio to receive the member’s applicable pricing on eligible services during the guest’s first visit. To qualify:
This benefit is limited to one new guest per member appointment, applies only on the shared appointment date, cannot be applied retroactively, has no cash value, cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, and is not available to an existing Honey client.

At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to the following fees:
When applicable, the monthly treatment credit may still be used within its original monthly period if it has not expired.
A no-show occurs when a client fails to attend an appointment without the required notice. For no-shows:
A late arrival may require the service to be shortened, modified, or rescheduled. If the remaining appointment time is insufficient to safely or appropriately complete the reserved service, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable fee may be charged.
If Honey cancels or reschedules an appointment, no member cancellation fee will apply and any associated treatment credit will be preserved or reasonably extended.

Membership freezes are available only for qualifying circumstances and require supporting documentation. Approved freezes include:
Freeze requests must:
Approved freezes are not retroactive. During an approved freeze, regular membership dues are suspended, no new treatment credits or benefits are issued, member discounts are unavailable, and the applicable freeze fee is charged. The Initial Term and any active notice period are extended by the length of the freeze.

All membership-change requests must be submitted in writing to: info@honeyskincarestudio.com and are not effective until Honey confirms the change in writing.
Members may request an upgrade to a higher-tier membership at any time. The upgraded membership begins with the next billing cycle, and a new six-month minimum commitment begins on the effective date of the upgrade.
Downgrades are available only from the Corrective Membership to the Signature Membership after at least three months of active Corrective Membership participation. A new six-month minimum commitment begins when the downgrade takes effect. Signature and Corrective Memberships may not be downgraded to the Facial Membership.

Members are responsible for scheduling their appointments. Appointments are subject to:
Honey will make reasonable efforts to accommodate provider preferences, but no specific provider, date, or time is guaranteed. Inability to schedule with a preferred provider is not grounds for a refund, credit extension, early cancellation, or waiver of membership obligations. Honey may assign another qualified provider when appropriate.

Membership enrollment does not guarantee eligibility for every listed treatment. All services remain subject to provider assessment, medical history, skin condition, pretreatment compliance, contraindications, recovery status, seasonal safety considerations, equipment availability, and clinical judgment.
Honey may recommend a different eligible treatment, postpone a service, require pretreatment, or decline treatment when clinically appropriate. A membership does not override medical judgment or safety requirements and does not guarantee a particular result.
The signed Membership Agreement and these Terms govern membership pricing, billing, scheduling, and benefits. It is not an informed-consent form for any medical or aesthetic procedure. The member must complete all separate medical-history, privacy, and treatment-specific consent forms required before receiving a service.

Wellness-shots may include: Vitamin B12, Tri-Immunity, Glutathione, Vita-Complex, Mineral Blend, or Biotin, subject to medical eligibility and product availability.
The Tox Membership does not include monthly facial, laser, or corrective-treatment credits. Tox pricing and filler savings cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly authorized by Honey Skincare Studio.

The corrective upgrade becomes available only after the member has completed at least three full months of active Facial Membership enrollment. This eligibility requirement applies during the initial commitment and throughout any month-to-month continuation of the membership.

The Signature Membership always begins with a 90-minute medical-grade facial and then alternates monthly as follows:
The sequence cannot be modified, reordered, front-loaded, substituted, or rearranged. After Month 6, the membership continues month-to-month and the alternating sequence continues without restarting: Month 7 is a facial, Month 8 is a Corrective Level 1 treatment, and so on.
Corrective treatment selection remains subject to provider recommendation, clinical eligibility, healing, and appropriate timing.
The Signature Membership does not include Corrective Level 2 treatments, complimentary Laser Genesis enhancements, or Laser Hair Removal. These services may be purchased separately at the applicable price.

One eligible Corrective Level 1 treatment each month, selected with the member’s provider based on goals, progress, recovery, and clinical appropriateness. Eligible options include:
With provider approval, a member may upgrade to HALO® or CO2 laser resurfacing in Months 2, 4, or 6 when clinically appropriate. Advanced resurfacing remains subject to pretreatment, medical eligibility, timing, and recovery requirements. It cannot be demanded or scheduled solely at the member’s preference.
A complimentary Laser Genesis enhancement may be added to eligible monthly corrective treatments when clinically appropriate. It is not guaranteed with every treatment and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, another service, or a future appointment.

Eligible members may receive one complimentary wellness shot during each active membership month. Available options may include Vitamin B12, Tri-Immunity, Glutathione, Lipo-Mino, Vita-Complex, Mineral Blend, or Biotin.
Wellness shots are subject to medical screening, eligibility, and product availability; must be used during the applicable membership month; do not roll over; cannot be transferred; and cannot be exchanged for cash, account credit, retail products, or another service. Honey may substitute, add, or discontinue options when reasonably necessary.

Except where required by law or expressly stated in the signed Membership Agreement or these Terms, membership dues, completed-service charges, late-cancellation fees, no-show fees, transfer fees, rollover fees, freeze fees, early-termination fees, declined-payment fees, and other administrative fees are nonrefundable.
Unused membership services and benefits have no cash value. A member who uses discounted services and later cancels remains responsible for commitment, notice, and termination obligations that accrued before cancellation became effective.

Honey voluntarily permits a new member to cancel the initial enrollment by 11:59 p.m. local time on the third calendar day after the enrollment date. This voluntary policy does not limit any greater cancellation right provided by applicable law. The request must be submitted by email to info@honeyskincarestudio.com.
Cancellation under this section ends the member’s future membership obligations but does not permit the member to retain member-only pricing or benefits already received. Any service or product received before Honey receives the cancellation request will be repriced at the standard non-member retail price in effect on the date it was provided. Any membership discounts, promotional pricing, complimentary benefits, or other credits used will also be charged at their stated retail value.
Amounts already paid will be applied toward the recalculated balance. If the recalculated balance exceeds the amount paid, the member remains responsible for the difference.

Honey may update eligible services, benefits, pricing, or operational policies with reasonable advance notice. A material change will be communicated clearly in a form the member can retain and will include the effective date and available cancellation method.
The monthly rate will not increase during the Initial Term without the member’s affirmative agreement. After the Initial Term, Honey will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice before a price increase or other material recurring-payment change. A member who does not accept the change may submit cancellation before the effective date, subject to any notice period already applicable under Section 3.
Changes reasonably required for safety, legal compliance, product or equipment availability, provider availability, or clinical appropriateness may take effect sooner when necessary. No change will retroactively impose a new charge for a completed period. Honey will maintain version records of the terms accepted by each member.

Honey may suspend or terminate a membership for unpaid balances, repeated declined payments, chargebacks or payment disputes, fraud or misuse of benefits, attempted transfer of nontransferable benefits, abusive or unsafe conduct, repeated policy violations, false information, or failure to comply with clinical instructions or membership requirements.
Termination for member breach does not automatically waive amounts already due. If Honey terminates a membership for its own convenience and not because of member breach, Honey will stop future recurring charges and provide any refund or service credit required for prepaid, unused value.

Honey may suspend or terminate a membership for unpaid balances, repeated declined payments, chargebacks or payment disputes, fraud or misuse of benefits, attempted transfer of nontransferable benefits, abusive or unsafe conduct, repeated policy violations, false information, or failure to comply with clinical instructions or membership requirements.
Termination for member breach does not automatically waive amounts already due. If Honey terminates a membership for its own convenience and not because of member breach, Honey will stop future recurring charges and provide any refund or service credit required for prepaid, unused value.

The member may choose to conduct this transaction electronically. Electronic consent is separate from acceptance of the membership terms. By separately selecting the electronic-transactions consent, the member agrees to use electronic records and signatures for enrollment, notices, confirmations, and copies of the signed Membership Agreement and these Terms.
The member must have internet access, a current web browser, a valid email address, and software capable of viewing and saving or printing PDF or HTML records. Honey will provide a retainable copy of the completed Agreement and recurring-payment authorization by email or through the member portal.
The member may request a paper copy or withdraw consent to future electronic records by contacting Honey. Withdrawal does not cancel the membership, revoke a recurring-payment authorization, affect the validity of records already provided, or waive amounts owed. Honey may require a paper signature or alternate delivery method for future transactions after withdrawal.

Entire Agreement. The signed Membership Agreement, Member Enrollment Summary, these Terms, and documents expressly incorporated into them constitute the entire agreement concerning the membership and replace prior discussions or representations on that subject.
Amendment. Except for changes permitted under Section 22, an amendment must be in writing and accepted by both Honey and the member.
Governing Law. Virginia law governs the signed Membership Agreement and these Terms, without limiting any consumer protection that cannot lawfully be waived.
Severability. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No Waiver. A delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any later breach.
