What is the minimum commitment for each membership?

All memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment. After the initial term, the membership automatically renews on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled with appropriate notice.

Do memberships automatically renew?

Yes. Memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis after the initial 6-month term, except for the Signature Membership, which renews in fixed 6-month increments and does not convert to a month-to-month membership.

Members must provide 60 days’ written notice to cancel before the end of the initial term. Once month-to-month, members must provide 30 days’ written notice before their billing date to info@honeyskincarestudio, with the subject ‘Cancel membership’.

Can I cancel my membership early?

If a member terminates during the commitment period without a qualifying reason (e.g., relocation 30+ miles away, pregnancy, medical hardship, or military deployment), a cancellation fee equal to one month’s dues (Tox membership holds an adjusted rate) applies:

Signature Membership: $475
Facial Membership: $325
Corrective Membership: $525
Essential Tox Membership: $250

Supporting documentation is required for early termination consideration.

How do I cancel my membership?

What is your late cancellation and no-show policy?

Late Cancellations (under 48 hours’ notice): $150 fee will be charged. Your treatment credit remains valid for use within the same billing cycle.

No-Shows: You will be charged and your treatment credit will be forfeited.

Can I extend an unused treatment?

Yes. If you’re unable to use your monthly treatment, you may request a one-time 30-day extension for a $50 fee. This must be requested before the credit expires during your current billing cycle.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes. You may freeze your membership for:
Up to 3 months for medical reasons
Up to 9 months for pregnancy
A $50/month freeze fee applies.
Requests must be submitted 30 days before your next billing cycle to info@honeyskincarestudio.com, with supporting documentation if required.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Upgrades can be done at any time.
Downgrades (from Corrective to Signature) are allowed after 3 months, but require signing a new 6-month agreement.

Can I gift or transfer my membership benefits?

Yes. You may gift one treatment per 6-month term to a friend or family member.
$50 transfer fee applies
Transfer must be requested within the billing cycle—expired credits cannot be transferred
Tox Memberships are not eligible for transfers.

Can I share my member discount with others?

Yes—but only when you bring in a new client on the day of your appointment.
The discount can be used toward any menu-priced product or service.
